Located in Ground of Kotokuin Temple, this statue is second tallest bronze status of Buddha in Japan. Height is 13.35 meters.

Constructed in 1252 inside temple region at hundreds of typhoons and tidal waves it was destroyed in several ways. However Japanese Government used to rebuilt this sight successfully.

It has been center for Japanese pilgrims for many years. Enormous ground of temple of 8000 Sq. m. adds beauty to it.

You must pay 200 Yen + 20 Yen to visit and stay at this place. Total weight of statue is 125 metric tons.

Shinjuku is biggest city ward in Kanto region of Tokyo. 

It covers approximately 19 kilometer-square area.

It is used for large shopping, business and entertainment purpose.

It also includes Kabukicho-Japan's biggest and wildest red-light district.
